Responsibilities

  • Supports the agile squad by handling tasks in the backlog as well as building tasks, bugs and stories
  • Research business and user problems while working closely with Group Benefits’ business and IT Partners to evaluate and validate proposed solutions for a variety of initiatives such as service quality and/or efficiency enhancements and/or the implementation of new products and technologies.
  • Perform the analytical work to refine requirements such as customer journey mapping, identifying epics/user stories, process mapping, acceptance criteria, decision tables, business rules, and test cases – to convey requirements clearly and accurately and ensure a successful implementation.
  • Develops, executes test plans, identify/retest defects to ensure successful completion and fulfills BA deployment responsibilities independently
  • Active contributor during implementation, post-launch activities and steady state optimization
