  • 1+ years of Benefits Consulting and/or Benefit Leave Administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation and concisely communicate complex information
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills desired
  • Knowledge of benefit plan administration and management, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and IRS regulations desired
  • Strong vendor management, project management, analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Support vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant administration of assigned Leave programs
  • Administers specific aspects of leave programs
  • Receive and respond to employee, manager and HR Partner inquiries regarding LOA policies and processes
  • Communicate with employees and provide timely follow-up to ensure understanding of leave implications (pay, benefits, return to work)
  • Assist in overpayment tracking and administration
  • Be the front line to answer questions, managing and responding to concerns and to help employees enroll in Tesla benefit programs
  • Provide administrative support using the Benefits and Leaves portals as well as several Tesla software systems to accurately review, report, process and audit programs to ensure accurate data and completion of inquiries from employees, carriers and consultants
