Responsibilities

  • Negotiating contracts with clients and vendors;
  • Working closely with the client services team and our clients' legal and compliance teams to ensure clients access knowledge safely;
  • Drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures to appropriately manage risk;
  • Developing and delivering legal and compliance training to the business;
  • Dealing with evolving areas of law including intellectual property, data privacy, technology, sanctions and regulatory compliance, employment and taxation.
