Responsibilities

  • Support full-funnel paid media lifecycle including briefs, campaign creative requirements, campaign creative optimizations, wrap reporting, media authorization forms, invoicing and billings
  • Lead internal and external creative process
  • Prepare and brief creative and production teams on asset needs
  • Submit and follow up on requests through creative process
  • Provide timely feedback and revisions
  • Ensure all assets are finalized on time and traffic ready according to media specs
  • Support Sr. Manager in developing message hooks and briefs for assets used within national media
  • Provide feedback during the creator selection process through final asset review
  • Manage asset tracker and ensure that all key deadlines and deliverables are communicated to Integrated Comms Team
  • Support the development of ad hoc presentation decks
  • Manage and maintain internal budget trackers and update on weekly basis to ensure trackers reflect latest information
  • Manage both national media and retailer coop media – ensuring synergies wherever possible and that media strategies are focused on key accounts and business priorities
  • Key liaison with Integrated Comms Team to ensure maximum synergy across all investments and planning
  • Ensure media assets reflect best practices by platform and reflect concise key messaging in order to deliver media effectiveness and protect brand integrity
  • Monitor and report on consumer media consumption habits and trends to drive effectiveness
  • Maintain accuracy of ad outlines documents
  • Support with development of strategic media briefs that align to brand goals
  • Partner with CIMI team in leveraging various resources to test and learn, collect data, consumer insights to inform business decisions
  • Support in preparing and presenting all campaign plans, optimizations and final results across different business forums and meetings, including, but not limited to, cross-functional team meetings, Senior Management Meetings, Transversal Meetings, Retailer presentations
