Responsibilities

  • Supports in managing and overseeing the Ethics case management program by ensuring all reported cases from across the PhonePe Group are addressed in a timely manner, consistent with global governance expectations and mandates, as well as proactively develops company specific tools/process to further improve and enhance case handling to meet or exceed established KPIs and business needs.
  • Supports in managing Ethics investigations, working closely with investigators, HR, and legal to drive the process and ensure timely conclusion of cases.
  • Supports in developing, monitoring, and reporting on company’s case management metrics and ensuring the proactive update of the cases on the Case Management Tool.
  • Actively contributes to the development, implementation and/or execution of the Ethics training and awareness program including the development of training content; delivery and tracking of training sessions.
  • Supports in execution, coordination, and participation in activities to assess the effectiveness of the ethics program, including but not limited to risk assessments, Continuous Improvement Reviews and Compliance site Tours.
