  • Establish consistent processes for identifying Chipotle mentions, including writing queries for Social Listening topics
  • Lead the engagement strategy developing and maintaining Chipotle's voice on all social media accounts to engage with our fans and critics
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop Social Media strategy. For example, PR, Operations, Internal Communications, Product, Marketing, People Experience
  • Research, create, and disseminate reports and analytical data on social media trends, promotional volume, and transactional volume, informing leadership of changes relevant to the company's marketing activities and brand presence
