Requirements

  • 0-3 years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
  • Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment and ideally some experience of running own professional indemnity files.
  • Familiar with professional indemnity policies and coverage issues.
  • Previous experience of client contact and attendance at business development events preferred, and/or willingness to engage actively in client development.

  • Kennedys' professional liability team deal with all areas of professional liability and handle claims of all sizes and complexity, including for Insurers who underwrite some of the world's largest financial institutions, global law firms, the 'Big Four' accounting firms, as well as for Insurers who underwrite regional, local and smaller institutions and firms.
