What will I be responsible for as an Associate for Public Equity Clients at Community?
As an Associate, you will be responsible for driving relationships with clients, connecting them to industry experts, targeting, sourcing, and screening relevant specialists, and managing your own book of business made up of major Public Equity and Credit investment funds. You will spend much of your time on the phone with clients and industry specialists to find the perfect match for their needs.
What skills will I develop during my initial training period as an Associate?
During your initial training period, you will hone your skills in targeting, sourcing, and screening relevant industry specialists, including C-Level executives at Fortune 500 companies. You will also learn how to effectively unpack what clients need from an expert and how to connect them to key thought leaders in the market.
Will I have the opportunity to directly manage my own book of business as an Associate?
Yes, after completing your initial training period, you will advance to directly managing your own book of business comprised of major Public Equity and Credit investment funds. This will allow you to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry specialists, and help them solve their most pressing problems.
