Responsibilities

  • We are seeking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Tax Associate or Senior Associate (with 3+ years PQE) to support the continued growth and development of our well regarded Corporate Tax team which is ranked in band 3 alongside major national and regional firms by Chambers and Partners and is ranked Tier 2 in the South West by the Legal 500 in 2025.
  • You will be reporting directly to and working closely with the partners and working in a team that advises on all aspects of corporate and property taxes, together with capital gains tax and VAT.
  • We provide bespoke tax structuring solutions to corporate organisations advising on reorganisations, demergers and group consolidations together with advising on tax efficient investment structures.
  • We also have substantial experience of cross-border matters advising multinational clients.
  • We of course also provide the usual transactional support to our growing and highly renowned corporate and property departments.
  • You will take time to understand what our clients wish to achieve and apply your expertise and experience to ensure delivering a desirable outcome.
