What is the experience level required for this position?
The role is suitable for a Qualified Solicitor with ideally between 2-5 years PQE or equivalent, along with previous legal experience in a pensions-focused role.
What type of clients will I be working with?
You will work with a broad portfolio of clients, including FTSE companies, multinationals, UK corporates, central government, pension providers, benefit consultancies, and trustees.
Is business development a part of the role?
Yes, you will take an active involvement in business development initiatives as part of your responsibilities.
What kind of work will I be doing?
You will work on a varied caseload that includes advising on all aspects of pension schemes, employer and trustee advisory work, buy-ins and buy-outs, and a focus on multinational clients and central government.
Will I have opportunities to support junior team members?
Yes, you will support junior members within the team, assisting in their development and career growth.
Is experience in SIPP or SSAS work necessary?
Experience in SIPP or SSAS work is desirable but not essential for this position.
