Responsibilities

  • Execute against Technology Third Party Risk Management program expectations by obtaining partner feedback/approvals for Technology engagements
  • Stakeholder coordination and execution support of Technology vendor management risk assessments
  • Comfortable scheduling and leading discussions with partners on open Third-Party Risk items/questions
  • Ability to collaborate with APAC partners in Third Party Risk Management to ensure timely approval and cleanup of Technology engagements within the Coupa Risk Assess tool
  • Ability to complete weekly/monthly reporting activities to show progress against annual goals
  • Assist the Technology TPRM team and Tech partners with offboarding expired engagements
  • Quality review of our Ongoing Monitoring artifacts
  • Mediate issues as needed for in-scope vendors
