Responsibilities

  • Effective management of the Metallic orders case queue– ensuring received emails are replied to within the expected turnaround time, fulfilling requests, and routing to appropriate teams if additional assistance required.
  • Post and Pre Sales Order Support – Addressing provisioning related needs resulting from processed Purchase Order or executed Agreement; to include Swaps, configuration adjustments, granting extensions, removals, etc.
  • Worldwide sales order bookings
  • Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition
  • Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings.
  • Provisioning of sales orders
  • Invoicing of orders adding applicable sales tax
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault.
