Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client schedules and respond to client requests
  • Learn and master key programs and tools, including media math
  • Assist in RFP distribution, budget tracking, and partner proposal evaluation
  • Enter and update buys in the system, monitor network buys, and secure necessary ADU weight
  • Assist with traffic issues and set up campaign aspects such as insertion orders and creative trackers
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure partner relationships
  • Assist in actualizations and post-campaign analysis
  • Coordinate meetings, compile conference reports, and distribute them
