We are looking for an Audiology Relationship Manager to join our team and focus on the South West Division which covers all of Devon & Cornwall along to Bournemouth and up to Bristol, in short South of the M4! You’ll travel regularly throughout the division and when required to our support office locations.
The role of the Audiology Operations team is to provide the strategy and tools to work together our Audiology Partners to deliver our business ambitions. We achieve this through the planning and delivery of clear campaigns and communications, standard operation procedures, day-to-day support for the Audiology Partnership, and advice on what good looks like and ‘how to’ perform safely, efficiently and grow the business.
A key part of the Audiology Relationship Manager (ARM) is to be the primary contact for our Partners. This role will require someone with confidence in their communication and influencing skills to ensure the right business outcomes. You’ll use these skills to build trusted working relationships with each Partnership, so they are able to provide the best customer experience, drive sales and profit performance in their businesses in all locations, whilst working to support the brand standards delivery in stores.
Using your commercial experience you’ll work closely with the Partners to create and deliver a yearly business plan based on the Audiology annual plan. You will also support the Partnership to look at future growth opportunities. You will deliver this via a mix of hands-on support and guidance, as well as coordinating support provided to Partners from the wider Audiology leadership team and Specsavers support office teams.
You’ll also play a key part in Talent Pipelining to identify and encourage future Partners to attend our Pathway programme, whilst providing coaching & mentoring support for all Pathway candidates and work four days per week in businesses or in partner facing activity, ensuring all businesses are visited every six weeks.
If you’re a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of regional retail operations and a knack for building lasting connections, we want to hear from you. Join us in bring the audiology industry to the next level and making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
