Requirements

  • Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure de type Bac+5 en université, école d'ingénieurs ou de commerce, vous disposez d'une expérience de 2 années minimum sur des missions d’audit ou de conseil en Sustainability ou d’une expérience en audit/conseil sur des sujets liés au secteur de l’Assurance.
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et curieux(se), vous pouvez compter sur votre facilité à définir et mettre en œuvre une démarche structurée.
  • Vous bénéficiez d’une forte capacité de travail, d'autonomie et de bonnes capacités relationnelles.
  • Vous maitrisez l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit pour un accompagnement client optimisé.

Responsibilities

  • Intervenir sur les revue de conformité avec les réglementations sur le reporting ESG (CSRD, Taxonomie, SFDR, Loi Energie Climat, guidelines ACPR, évolutions attendues sur les impacts ESG au sein de Solvabilité II…)
  • Accompagner nos clients dans l’appropriation et l’interprétation des réglementations européennes en matière de durabilité (session de formation, réalisation de mission de diagnostic, interprétation des textes, définition et élaboration des feuilles de route de mise en conformité, etc.)
  • Auditer des déclarations de performance extra-financière
  • Accompagner nos clients dans la définition de leur stratégie RSE
  • Revoir et valider les trajectoires de décarbonation sur les portefeuilles de souscription et d'investissements d’assurance
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire du secteur sur l’ensemble des réglementaires ESG
  • Réaliser des publications sectorielles telles que des benchmarks, des articles ou encore l’organisation de webinar
