Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the architectural community and SMEs to select the appropriate technology capabilities and components to form a process automation with focus on Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE/Azure offering that focuses on customer experience
  • Assist in engineering, designing, building the features that customer value using their knowledge to assist and lead the team in excellence, in particular ensuring CRM requirements are fulfilled
  • Setting and defining standards, guardrails and best practices for technology platforms and applications which are part of the chapter and communicating to the chapter and wider engineering colleagues
  • Establish ongoing technical vision and roadmaps for the chapter and provide advice and examples of how to design and build against this vision
  • Identify risk throughout the design and development lifecycle
  • Maintain tech debt register and ensure engagement with Feature Teams to allocate a minimum of 20% capacity to fixing tech debt and enablers for the applications you own
  • Lead, nurture, and support cross-functional teams and deliver effective cross-disciplinary collaboration throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Supplier Management and collaboration with application vendors to ensure alignment of internal systems with vendor roadmaps and technology changes via regular catch ups
