What is the application deadline for the Automation Engineering Graduate Programme?

The expected start date is September 2025.
What educational qualifications are required to apply?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with an interest in automation, robotics, systems, software, and/or cybersecurity is required. Graduation must be by August 2025.
Is geographical mobility required for participants?
Yes, there is a willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations.
What technical skills will be developed during the programme?
Participants will have the opportunity to optimize control systems and robotics, support automation projects, test and commission systems, identify cybersecurity risks, and gain exposure to digital technologies, AI, and data science.
Are there networking opportunities available during the programme?
Yes, there will be opportunities to network and enhance visibility with senior leaders who will provide mentorship, coaching, and support for career planning.

How does the assessment process work?
After submitting your application, you will complete two online assessments focusing on your motivation for the role and the strengths, skills, or interests that will enable your success in the role before advancing to the assessment centre stage.
