Requirements

  • - Business level proficiency in German and English
  • - Knowledge of AWS services
  • - Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
  • - Business level proficiency in other European, Middle Eastern or African (EMEA) languages
  • - Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
  • - Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
  • - Industry knowledge, especially to digital transformation use cases (e.g., in manufacturing, retail, software vendors, finance, gaming, power, utilities)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales teams to educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
  • Partner with the organizations leadership to design a flexible, strong and scalable SA team
  • Own each engagement, helping to work towards a timely and successful delivery of customer outcomes and solutions
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community
  • Create and deliver training and education sessions to widen and deepen technical with customers, internal colleagues or tech communities
  • Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, sample architectures, workshops or social media content
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams and help evolve the AWS platform
