The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, familiarity with backend development and programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, Scala, or C++, understanding of data structure and algorithm design, knowledge of databases and messaging frameworks, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment. They should also be a quick learner, self-motivated, have a strong sense of product ownership, and be passionate about software coding and building mobile/web applications.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing scalable and secure backend services for e-commerce products, designing data services and analytics platforms, and implementing user privacy and data security practices.
