The primary responsibility is to provide a front-line reception service and deliver high standards of customer care to various client groups, including patients, their relatives, and the multi-disciplinary team.

The post-holder will be responsible for collecting, investigating, verifying, and recording patient demographic and treatment data.
What is expected in terms of data entry?
The post-holder must accurately and timely enter patient information into the computerised patient information system to ensure compliance with NHS targets and to avoid potential clinical risks.
