  • RMN / RNLD Qualified (or Student Nurse within 6 months of qualifying) willing to work in a busy challenging role

Responsibilities

  • You will be providing high quality and compassionate care, leadership and recovery focused care to female adolescents who are experiencing complex mental ill health and/or emerging personality disorders and who demonstrate challenging behaviour as well as can act as a positive role model for staff in a manner that positively reflects the philosophy of the unit and the values of the organisation.
  • You will be working within an environment where the emphasis on care delivery will be therapy and solution focused.
  • Successful applicants must be able to work with young people and understand the developmental needs as well be able to manage the challenging and dynamic environment.
  • You will need to demonstrate a range of skills including effective communication, empathy, self-awareness, and critical self-reflection skills.
