  • - Work alongside our Paediatric Haemoglobinopathy team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • - Further develop the service with haemoglobin disorders, providing clinical advice and as a care coordinator for children and young people affected by Sickle Cell and Thalassemia.
  • - Attend Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospital NHS Trust (BHRUT).
  • - Provide education and consultation widely to professional colleagues at BHRUT and the boroughs it serves.
  • - Promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, development, and innovation.
  • - Work across the community and the hospital setting to improve standards and equity of care.
  • - Promote an integrated care pathway, suitable discharge planning, and improving patient outcomes.
