What qualifications are required for the Band 7 Psychological Therapist position?
Candidates must possess a High Intensity Post Graduate CBT Diploma, or be trainees who are imminently due to gain this qualification.
Is the position entirely remote?
No, this role is not a 100% remote post; it involves hybrid working combining both remote and face-to-face sessions.
What type of therapy will I be delivering in this role?
You will be delivering Step 3 High Intensity CBT interventions for depression and anxiety disorders, as well as group therapy interventions for patients with common mental health difficulties.
What support is available for professional development?
Birmingham Healthy Minds offers a bespoke training package, in-house training, regular clinical supervision, and 1:1 supervision from your line manager to meet CPD requirements.
Is there a relocation allowance available for successful applicants?
