  • Responsible for overall Delivery of Application operations team/Site reliability center
  • Leading and managing the Application monitoring Operations and team of Application support staff members
  • Primarily responsible for directing Application event monitoring, management
  • Ensuring incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring
  • Ensuring compliance to policy, process, and procedure adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
  • Revising and develop processes to strengthen the current Operations Framework, Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs
  • Responsible for overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required
  • Handling escalation and preparing the RCA's
  • Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.
  • Participate in RFI/RFP and create technical solutions for new/existing business
  • Flexible to work in Shifts and On-call model
  • Preparing and Chairing Monthly service review calls with Sr management and Client/Onshore
