Responsibilities

  • Interacting with the Beauty Services team in head office, the Regional Operations team, and key stakeholders in other departments across Superdrug
  • Supporting our external product and service suppliers in their interactions with the brand
  • Interacting with a variety of stakeholders: Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, OB Design and Technical, Finance
  • Responsible for supporting the effective day to day running of the department category
  • Ensuring all new lines are set up accurately and efficiently
  • Accurately implement costs and retail price amendments within agreed timescales, reconciling all changes to ensure consistency
  • Supporting the business to effectively deliver the end-to-end promotional process including POS sign off and promotional loading
  • Providing accurate reporting for weekly trade and on request
  • Working in collaboration with the store operations team to handle store product queries
  • Providing accurate and timely invoicing and tracking of ‘other income’
  • Providing exceptional service to customers both internal and external, working to proactively resolve queries and escalating where necessary
