Responsibilities


 * As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will provide targeted support to students to address challenging behaviour.
 * Implement and monitor individual behaviour support plans.
 * As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to address specific needs.
 * Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.
 * As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide behaviour initiatives.
 * Provide feedback to teachers and parents on the progress of behaviour support plans.
