Upon joining, you will be partnered with a Graduate Development Manager who will provide support and guidance to ensure you are on track. You will also benefit from learning from peers and experienced professionals, as well as ongoing monitoring of your personal and professional development.
What kind of projects will I work on as a Graduate Cost Manager?
As a Graduate Cost Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and rotate through multiple diverse roles. This will provide exposure to complex projects and programmes across various sectors such as infrastructure, natural resources, health & education, central & local government, and commercial occupier.
Are there opportunities for formal training and development in this role?
Yes, the graduate programme offers formal training for graduates to establish and develop core and technical skills in multiple areas of quantity surveying. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with organizations such as CIPS, RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE, and CIOB.
