Responsibilities

  • Assist employees in the field and headquarters with enrollment in benefits programs, such as health insurance and 401k plans.
  • Respond to benefits and 401k inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, 401k contribution amounts, status changes and other general inquiries in ServiceNow & Benefits inbox
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to explain benefits to employees (New Hire Presentations and Open Enrollment).
  • Audit all benefits enrollments in Workday to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
  • Assists with the open enrollment process and communications.
  • Review, reconcile and submit benefit weekly, monthly and quarterly invoices for payment
  • Create and distribute standardized reports and produce ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Manage ACA tracking with Equifax and 1095-C form creations
  • Process all Medical Support Notices
  • Assist with plan audits, plan compliance, government filings (Forms 5500 and 1095/1094-C, PCORI, etc.) and non-discrimination testing in conjunction with the broker/consultant.
  • Oversee vacation and sick pay policies, ensuring compliance with local ordinance
