Responsibilities

  • Support the benefits delivery program for Europe, enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing employee experiences.
  • Support benefits campaign and renewals communication
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for the benefit’s financial management function in Europe: optimize the benefits financial management process, identify potential opportunities and gaps and ability to streamline, leverage external best practices, and expand and improve internal controls that are aligned across our key partners and stakeholders that partner on financial management and oversight.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal contacts such as Global Benefits, Payroll, HRBPs, Finance, Legal and Employee Central.
  • Create Purchase Orders (PO), monitor approval status and maintain PO balance reports in partnership with the members of the regional benefits team.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and carriers, including monitoring of cost, service levels, processes, and accuracy of data. Including third party management and onboarding new vendors.
  • Review and update content on key employee resources to ensure they are simple, clear, accurate and legally compliant including our websites and marketing materials.
