  • Manage our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellness Program.

  • Collaborate with internal communications, benefit partners, and on-site Health & Wellness Center staff to promote awareness of and participation in wellbeing programs.
  • Work with Health & Wellness Center staff on Elation EMR reporting, as well as coordinate with the HR Analytics team for reporting.
  • Track and manage the timely payment of invoices for all insurance carriers and benefit vendors.
  • Assist with coordinating the preparation of communications and working with site contacts to schedule their distribution.
  • Maintain internal portal pages and Sharepoint/ADP Works pages.
