Yes, proficiency in benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems, as well as Workday experience and a CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) certification, are beneficial.
What is the salary range for the Benefits Manager position?
The salary range for the Benefits Manager position is $132,000.00 - $189,000.00 annually, with higher ranges for specific locations such as San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area, and New York City, where the base pay range is $164,000.00- $222,000.00 annually.
