A Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of benefits administration experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of benefits administration experience are required.
Is experience in analyzing and reporting data necessary for this role?

What software skills are required for this position?
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, along with experience in HR Information Systems (such as SAP/People Central) and timekeeping systems (like Kronos), is required.
