Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for administering day-to-day health and welfare benefit plans as defined by the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Process and monitor leaves for associates, ensuring they receive the correct pay, have accurate and current dates in Workday and act as a liaison between the associate and the leave provider, ensuring a high-quality experience for the associate
  • Monitor integration/feed files to third-party providers and resolve errors
  • Audit benefit files for completeness and accuracy
  • Produce regulatory reports
  • Ensure compliance with state, country and regional regulations, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Act as a back up to the Global Mobility Specialist
  • Collaborate with the HR Community, Legal, LER and outside agencies to keep up-to-date on the latest regulations and changes
  • Communicate regulation changes to the Shared Service Delivery Teams
  • Partner with the Knowledge and Quality Lead to ensure the knowledge database is current and accurate related to Benefits administration
  • Coordinate and process medical accommodation requests in compliance with ADA guidelines, ensuring timely and effective communication with associates, managers, and HR representatives to facilitate necessary adjustments and support
