What responsibilities will I have as a Benefits Verification Representative?
As a Benefits Verification Representative, you will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, performing benefit investigations, and obtaining prior authorizations for both new and existing patients. You will work closely with Patient Intake Coordinators and insurance providers to process patient prescription orders in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers.
What is the work schedule for this position?
The work schedule for this position is from Tuesday to Saturday, with rotation hours between 7 am and 8 pm CST. You will be required to work mandatory overtime and extended work weeks when needed, as well as maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Required skills for this position include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Do I need prior experience in the healthcare field?
