Responsibilities

  • Du übernimmst die Planung für das FlixTrain-Angebot, erstellst die Fahr- und Umlaufpläne und kommunizierst diese an unsere Partner und Endkunden.
  • Du bearbeitest eigenständig kurz- und langfristige Baufahrpläne mit dem Ziel auch unter herausfordernden Bedingungen kommerziell sinnvolle Fahrten anbieten zu können.
  • Du verantwortest die Bestellung von Serviceeinrichtungen (u.a. Abstellung, Ver- und Entsorgung) und Stationshalten in Abstimmung mit allen internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit anderen beteiligten Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen, Wartungsdienstleistern und dem Business Development ab, um unter anderem Abstellkonzepte und die Werkstattplanung zu ermöglichen.
  • Du betreust den gesamten Prozess der Trassenanmeldung im Jahresfahrplan in Deutschland bis hin zum täglichen Trassenmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit den Eisenbahninfrastrukturunternehmen (v.a. DB InfraGO AG).
  • Du evaluierst den laufenden Betrieb insbesondere in Bezug auf die betriebliche Stabilität und bringst deine Erkenntnisse in einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess ein.
  • Du erstellst Schichten für unser Personal unter Berücksichtigung des betrieblichen Regelwerkes und der gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
