  • 2 - 3 years of experience in overall Beverage operations, particularly in a leadership role, indicating a comprehensive understanding of Beverage operations effectively in a guest-facing role, ideally within an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel, high-end restaurant demonstrating customer service skills in a hospitality setting.
  • Capability to obtain and/or maintain any necessary government-required licenses, certificates, or permits essential for the role.
  • In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends; familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in beverage preparation techniques, familiarity with health department regulations, and a solid understanding of liquor laws and regulations governing bar operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
