Responsibilities

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your signalling expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
  • You’ll manage functionally the engineering team allocated to the tender.
  • Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management), manage the interfaces with Tender core team and ensure engineering internal interfaces and much more.
  • You’ll specifically take care of performing technical exchanges with the customer, but also analysing the customer requirements, identifying gaps versus reference product and providing technical documentation for tender submission to customer.
  • Define best compromise to address the gaps (QCD) (Mechanical, Functional Architecture)
  • Identify technical risks, and ensure they are covered by dedicated action plan agreed by Platform and Metiers.
  • Establish engineering QCD commitment: Master planning, costing, PDO, Risk assessment and management plan
  • Get the validation of Site Engineering Director –(or Bid technical manager) and Bid Manager on the Engineering assumption pack gathering the Engineering outputs.
