What are the primary responsibilities of the Billing Representative?
The primary responsibilities include interacting with customers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitoring outstanding balances, managing invoice preparation, and handling claims processing and resolutions.
What qualifications are required to apply for this role?
You must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent working experience, 1+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable, and intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.
What software skills are necessary for this position?
Proficiency with Windows PC applications and intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas) are required.
Are there any preferred qualifications for candidates?
Yes, preferred qualifications include 1+ year of experience in a related environment such as office, administrative, clerical, or customer service using phones and computers.
What are the telecommuting requirements?
