Key tasks include statistical and bioinformatics analysis of mass-spectrometric experiments, planning of experiments, development and maintenance of data analytics pipelines, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
What statistical software and tools should candidates be familiar with?
Candidates should have excellent knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, JMP) and tools for reproducible reporting (e.g., Markdown, Quarto, Latex), as well as databases, version control (GIT), and R-Shiny.
Is experience with mass spectrometry data important for this role?
Previous experience with mass spectrometry data, such as peak integration and raw chromatographic data processing, is a plus.
