Responsibilities

  • Maximizing Sales & Profitability: Maximize the profitable sales of finance and insurance products by working closely with sales executives and utilizing added value techniques and sales processes to secure greater margins.
  • Support Vehicle Sales: Assist in closing vehicle sales by offering finance products as an aid to selling, ensuring sales staff are fully conversant with all finance and insurance options available.
  • Business Development: Actively work with sales staff to increase vehicle sales through prospecting and by revisiting previous and existing customers for potential re-marketing of finance and insurance products.
  • Compliance & Adherence: Ensure all staff follow the Vines Group’s Finance & Insurance (F&I) policies, and that finance business is secured through approved providers. Oversee compliance with FCA requirements, BMW FS standards, and Vines Ltd policies.
  • Product & Market Knowledge: Stay informed on developments in the finance and insurance market, ensuring Sales Management, General Management, and sales staff are kept up-to-date.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor F&I-related expenses to ensure they do not exceed budgeted levels. Ensure settlements are made promptly to avoid late charges, and that profit is not lost through customer default or early termination.
  • Compliance & Complaint Management: Oversee compliant sales processes, supervise the achievement of sales targets, and ensure quality and compliance are prioritized. Escalate any insurance-related complaints to BMW FS.
