  • Greet and Guide: Welcome every customer and visitor to the Centre, offering a tailored service based on their needs.
  • First-Class Service: Escort customers to their destinations, maintain regular contact, and ensure their experience is smooth and enjoyable throughout their visit.
  • Attention to Detail: Conduct weekly audits to ensure the Centre always meets the high standards expected of BMW and Vines.
  • Customer Interaction: Efficiently handle customer data, follow up on queries, and ensure all communications are managed promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and Reception to ensure seamless customer service from start to finish.
  • Showroom Presentation: Keep the reception and customer areas spotless, manage the showroom traffic log, and ensure that everything is in its place to create a professional, welcoming environment.
