Responsibilities

  • Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
  • Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
  • Keep all dealership staff up to date with the latest information on products to ensure they have a high level of understanding.
  • Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver brilliant test drive experiences with our Park’s customers giving full insight of the requested vehicle during the appointment.
  • Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit.
  • Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
  • Support marketing activity by taking imagery of vehicles and utilising digital and social media platforms for promotion. Cameras at the ready!
  • Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting them up with all the fantastic new features of their new vehicle.
