Do we support remote work?
This is NOT a remote position; you will be required to work on-site at the Natick Mall.
What are the requirements for the position?
Candidates must have prior experience in customer-facing roles, be able to lift 50lbs, and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including some weekends.
What is the pay structure for this role?
The role offers a base pay of $25/hour plus an attractive commission structure of $20 per sale.

What are the primary responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador?
The Brand Ambassador will conduct product demos, engage customers, educate them about Cometeer's coffee, encourage subscription sign-ups, handle inquiries, and maintain the cleanliness of the demo area.
Is coffee knowledge required for this position?
While a passion for coffee and knowledge of specialty coffee is a plus, it is not strictly required for the position.
What is the work schedule like?
We prefer candidates with full-time availability but are open to part-time hours. Flexibility with schedules, including some weekends and holidays, is necessary.
Will training be provided?
Yes, Cometeer will provide training sessions to equip Brand Ambassadors with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
