Responsibilities

  • You'll play a key role in designing and maintaining presentation decks, ensuring they are visually compelling, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages across the organization.
  • You'll work closely with the Commercial team to create high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, and other sales collateral that support business development efforts.
  • You'll collaborate with Leadership to create compelling presentations for internal communications and help prepare decks for speaking engagements at industry conferences and events.
  • You'll partner with the People team to design engaging materials for company-wide meetings, team-building offsites, quarterly planning sessions, and special internal events to strengthen company culture.
  • You'll support Marketing by designing professional presentations for Synthesia's own customer events and ensuring we maintain a strong brand presence when speaking at industry conferences.
  • You'll be the guardian of our internal template and asset management.
  • You'll create and optimize seamless templates primarily in Google Slides and Pitch, but also ad hoc on PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma.
  • You'll maintain our Notion Brand Hub and Brand Google Drive with clear, organized structures that help teams quickly find and use our brand assets.
  • You'll work with the People team to design internal-facing creative assets, including employer branding materials, event visuals, internal portals, templates, swag, and more.
