Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage all the creative look and feel of all components in the loop design system.
  • You will be accountable for translating our brand into compelling interactive digital experiences.
  • Support execution teams with the implementation of our creative standards using the design system, brand play book and brand assets.
  • Ensuring user testing and data analysis is incorporated into your designs.
  • Working as part of a cross functional design team creating best in class brand and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with brand management, brand creative, marketing, tribes and product teams incorporating their feedback into your work.
  • Responsible for the visual expression of components and assets that sit across digital platforms.
  • Create ideas for digital executions which demonstrate not only innovation but an understanding of our brands’ values.
