Responsibilities

  • Responsible for volume and profit delivery on brand/product lines.
  • Development and implementation of strong brand strategies/plans and support programs for our products incl. volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand/product line.
  • Develop product strategy and 5Ps by product based on consumer and shopper expertise/insights.
  • Planning, implementing and tracking of new product launches and re-launches in close collaboration with the International Marketing department and local Customer Development Teams / Retail Marketing Teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for products/services.
  • Develop 5P’s communication tools in strong collaboration with Retail Marketing for Customer Development to execute the plans.
  • Responsible for 5P’s tracking, for continuously monitoring and working with Customer Development for corrections when needed.
  • Interact with external partners including media & advertising agencies, trade customers, cooperation partners, market research consultants.
  • Support Customer Development in presentation to customers on New Products and Business Activations.
  • Prepare business decisions and present related activities to Manager & Senior Management for review and direction setting.
  • Support in defining budget reviews/mid-year review volume plans & financial goals by category aligned with the commercial team.
