Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing from brief to implementation
  • Work in partnership with the Home & GM trading team to ensure all product nominations for marketing are co-ordinated, agreed and align to the brand narrative and brief
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the trading marketing champs across the business
  • Responsible for planning, engaging, booking, setting up and leading product selection meetings across all stakeholders driving clear requirements and agendas across all product areas
  • Own the critical path for product nominations process and set timelines for meetings and pack creation
  • Ensure tasks are completed and engage all stakeholders in delivering on time
  • Create marketing product packs with clear guidance for sample ordering and shoot requirement
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the product information for marketing and connect with merchandising and supply teams for tracking availability for launch
  • Co-ordinate reviews of the market, competitor product and marketing propositions through comp shopping and sharing ideation to drive strategy
  • Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the coordination of marketing initiatives and alignment into Asda campaigns marketing channels
  • Working with the Brand Marketing Manager to ensure the hero products are featured in all relevant channels at the appropriate time based on customer mindset
