Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight
  • Oversee PRC Review Process: Lead the preparation and evaluation of materials for PRC review, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance.
  • Coordinate Annual Brand Planning: Direct the annual brand planning process, working with internal stakeholders from MAX, Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc., to ensure cohesive strategy development.
  • Set Strategic Agendas: Develop and approve agendas for brand planning meetings, focusing on strategic priorities and objectives.
  • Decision-Making and Analysis
  • Manage Budget Reporting: Oversee the reporting and utilization of brand budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and financial planning.
  • Lead Marketing Submissions: Manage the process for all marketing submissions to Sales Ops (CD/SFE) for Sales Playbook content, ensuring strategic alignment and completeness.
  • Analyze Data and Provide Insights: Analyze data from website analytics vendors and track KPIs for social and digital marketing campaigns and provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on insights.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Ensure Campaign Alignment: Work collaboratively with brand and media agency partners to ensure all campaigns align with strategic imperatives and compliance requirements.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Efforts: Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute and optimize digital promotional efforts, including paid media and Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Patient/Consumer-targeted initiatives.
  • Reporting and Recommendations
  • Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create dashboards and reports to track effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify Trends and Recommend Strategies: Identify trends and present strategic recommendations to Leadership.
