Responsibilities

  • Conduct bridal and occasionwear appointments, assisting and advising the client with a professional demeanor all while providing excellent service and satisfying their needs.
  • Meet the individual sales and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager.
  • On a daily basis, complete appointment related tasks in order to properly prepare for upcoming appointments while ensuring perfect attention to detail and customer satisfaction; in addition to the daily organization of activities to be performed.
  • Generate business and traffic through the management of your client portfolio.
  • Communicate with Central regarding product in order to ensure its availability and compliance with established quality requirements and defined delivery times.
  • Perform administrative support tasks (telephone support, cashier closing, receipt of merchandise, tracking, transfers, inventories, etc.), contributing to the excellent operation of the store.
  • Ensure at all times a correct store image following the internal policy established by PRONOVIAS in terms of order and visual standards both for the sales area, workshop and warehouse.
  • Resolve possible incidents in an agile and effective way.
  • When Store Manager is absent, support Sales Consultants with appointments as necessary
  • Support Management with training opportunities for the Sales Team
