Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects across a variety of sectors, though you will be deployed to a specific sector team within which you will first learn the basics of delivering consultancy services. Our sectors include central and local government, health, education, natura resources, infrastructure commercial development, datacentres, offices, manufacturing, life sciences, and defence. We operate an agile model which deploys our people to those sectors where demand for services is high, recognising that different markets peak and trough at different times.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you could be responsible for overall project delivery, delivering on our clients commitments, developing project documentation, project schedules, reporting on project progress and managing contractual processes such as risk, change and governance.
  • During the 24-month programme you will have the opportunity to experience projects, programmes and portfolios at different stages in the lifecycle. Roles may vary between construction delivery, digital services, programme management, front-end business case advisory, risk management, or project controls.
